The rooftop terrace, with its loungers and pool, is perfect for relaxing. The staff, especially Omar, are welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms is a small inconvenience.

From the moment we arrived, Mohammed and the rest of the staff at this amazing guest house made our stay truly unforgettable. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful - going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location of the guest house was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling city, with a quick 5-minute walk to the main square. The rooftop pool and sun lounging area were simply fantastic, providing a relaxing oasis in the midst of the city. We also loved the charming tented area where we could relax or enjoy breakfast. The room itself was a clean and beautifully decorated junior suite, with a large and comfortable bed. The AC worked perfectly, providing much-needed warmth during our stay in early February. Special mention goes to Omar, who was exceptionally helpful and even assisted our relatives in attending church on his day off. The kindness and hospitality shown by Omar truly left a lasting impression on us. We also appreciated the added amenities such as free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and the 24-hour security. The bar/lounge area and outdoor dining area were fantastic, and the restaurant and snack bar provided delicious options. The paid airport shuttle service was convenient, and the rooftop pool, Turkish bath, solarium, and spa & wellness center were fantastic amenities. The availability of laundry services, a leisure/TV room, and express check-in/check-out further enhanced our experience. The VIP check-in/check-out made us feel like stars, and the hiking options provided a chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas were perfect for soaking up the sun, while the children's menu and cots made traveling with little ones a breeze. The board games and babysitting/child services were a great touch, ensuring entertainment for the whole family. Lastly, the air conditioning and non-smoking rooms added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. our experience at this guest house was nothing short of amazing. The staff, the location, and the amenities ticked all the boxes for a perfect stay. We can't recommend this place enough!
